Product Return Policy
1. Merchandise returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
If shipment was made without Customer authorization;
If incorrect items were shipped;
If defective items were shipped;
If defective products are covered by standard warranty;
If products were shipped based on evaluation.
2. To return products, contact a customer service representative by phone to obtain an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization). The RGA number must also be clearly indicated on the outside of the returned package. Please have the following information ready:
A. Reason for returning the merchandise;
B. Quantity, description, product number;
C. Order receipt date;
D. Customer purchase order and My Medical invoice number;
All used instruments must be cleaned and sterilized before shipping.
3. Customer must return shipment prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
4. If Customer intends to return equipment ordered in error, the following restocking charges and terms will apply:
25% within 30 days after shipment date;
Products must be returned unused, in original box and in resalable condition;
Reconditioning and replacement charges will be added to restocking charges for damaged or missing items;
No returns after 30 days;
No refunds on sterile single-use disposable products
No refunds will be issued on customized instruments.
Product warranty varies by type, typically the warranty period will be 1 year for manufacturing defects.
